Training for a typical payroll includes:

 

First Session

  • Set-up payroll to default to your most commonly used settings.
  • Set-up 1-2 employees of each type of employee (hourly, salary, f/t, p/t) within your organization.
  • Walk you through your first payroll
  • Create procedures & forms using print screen that will be used to simplify the process and will be your guide for each payroll if needed

Second Session

  • Introduce quarter end and annual demands, walk you through the preparation of the 941form, State forms and 940 deposit.
  • Use of Excel summarized reports
